FAQs

We do not accept returns or exchanges,  sales are final with the exception of damaged on arrival items,  if you have an item arrive damaged take a picture and email us ASAP to recieve a store credit,  coupon or a replacement item shipped at our discretion.  

We ship out orders within a couple days of recieving them,  please allow a couple of weeks for your order to arrive after you receive your tracking number.  If your order does not arrive within a couple of weeks please contact us and we will get to the bottom of it!  

If you have any suggestions,  feedback,  comments, opinions on how we can better our user experience,  or happen to find any missing product details you'd like to make a note about feel free to contact us through our Contact page!  

All bones, fur, feathers, or any other materials we use from animals are ethnically sourced and thoroughly cleaned, any of our not so vegan friendly products are created from materials saved from being trashed, salvaged from hunters, butchers, roadkill,  or found personally, we do not purchase any of these materials, nor do we sell any pieces containing illegal to own materials such as birds protected under the MBA,  endangered species,  etc.  

Our Inventory is housed in a clean enviroment, but we are pet owners here at Twisted Tophat Trinkets and although we do our best to keep business and pets seperate orders may occassionally include a complimentary strand of fur or two, Just a warning/heads up for anyone with extreme or dangerous allergies towards canines or felines to the point of reacting to said fur strand or two. We are aware that there are sadly people with such an extreme level of allergies.

We are aware and in the process of fixing this,  despite the tedious efforts of weighing, measuring each item we offer that data apparently does not show up on the product details currently.
